Returns and Refunds Policy

At Elan Moodz, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit, as appropriate).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as clearance, sale, or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
